Site Engineer

Employment: Full Time
Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors
-Buying materials for each phase of the project.
-Monitoring build costs and project progress.
-Conducting quality and safety inspections.
-Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
-Maintaining quality control checks
-Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
-Plan, implement and manage construction tasks
-project schedules
-Manage and monitor members attendance and work.
-Monitor expenditures
-Allocate and delegate responsibilities
-Prepare and present progress
Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Must have minimum 5 years of experience in UAE
Should have Excellent Communication skills
Must have Construction background - Residential, Villa or Commercial
Required relevant degree in Civil
Self-starter and Self-motivator
Keen to learn at every opportunity to enhance career, reliable and able to work
long hours to get the job done
