JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for receiving, checking and recording the purchase invoices from internal departments including stores and purchasing.
  • Verification of the purchase invoices and ensure the appropriate supporting are attached i.e. purchase request, LPO, quotations and other financial records.
  • Check the quantities and price mentioned in the invoices are accurate and matched with LPO, ensure the invoice is stamped and signed by Security, QA, procurement and stores.
  • Posting the invoices in Falcon stock system on daily basis and stamp with sign to evidence the invoice being posted.
  • Coordinate with suppliers through emails/phone calls for payments and resolving the queries.
  • Orchestrating the provider wise sequentially numbered solicitations and handover to Senior Bookkeeper for the planning of provider compromise.
  • Mindful to defend and giving the marked checks to providers and keep up with the day to day check register as installment delivered.
  • Posting the bank installments/check installments in the Hawk Bookkeeping Framework.
  • Overseeing everyday administrative tasks of the Records Division for example Replicating, examining and putting away the solicitations, checks and different records.
  • Keeping up with the documents for monetary records including buy solicitations, provider compromises, bank installments and provider contracts.
  • Complete the posting of bank charges, Mastercard exchange, passages in the hawk as trained by Senior Bookkeeper at month end monetary shutting. (audit)
  • Different undertakings that might be appointed by the Senior Bookkeeper

REQURIEMENTS

  • Has excellent knowledge on accounting/finance procedures and documentation processes
  • With wide understanding on tools / systems or advance MS Excel skill
  • Advanced analytical and numerical skills
  • Time management skills
  • Strong ethics
  • Ability to manage confidential data

 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate/Diploma in Accounting, Financial Management, Commerce or related courses
  • work experience of at least 3 years or up
